As the membership of
the Fifth Fleet is spread around
various parts of the world, it is impossible to have organized meetings of
the entire crew together in one place.
Most of our club-wide activities are conducted on-line. These activities include the publication
of the monthly newsletter, interaction on the Fifth Fleet Yahoo Group and,
on occasion, virtual chapter meetings in private chat rooms and away team
missions by small groups of members in geographical proximity to one
another.
The main focus of the
club are the articles and stories written for the newsletter to be
published and shared with the other members, people who are as passionate
about science-fiction as you are yourself.
